- Running w/Tyrving-gang. 13km@Nesøya. I2
- 50min jogging @Ekebergåsen, incl. 6x30sek SteepUphillSprints (105m/20m climb)
- Intervalls@Bislet w/Tyrving-gang. (6x1km + 2x2km + 1x500m.)
- 50min jogging @Ekebergåsen, incl. 8x30sek SteepUphillSprints (105m/20m climb)
- 50km Skiing from Grua - Bogstad. 3:30, exluding 3 coffe/cake stops.
- Running @Ekebergåsen, incl. 10min "testrace" up Kongsveien, and 6x30sek SteepUphillSprints. En ganske tøff løpetur.
Så bra:
