Good start - training Week#2

I encouraged Kåre&David to share their training, and I hope more will do it. It is fun and motivating to have some insight.

My week#2 was great: (see strava.com)
  1. Restday
  2. Running w/Tyrving-gang. 13km@Nesøya. I2
  3. 50min jogging @Ekebergåsen, incl. 6x30sek SteepUphillSprints (105m/20m climb)
  4. Intervalls@Bislet w/Tyrving-gang. (6x1km + 2x2km + 1x500m.) 
  5. 50min jogging @Ekebergåsen, incl. 8x30sek SteepUphillSprints (105m/20m climb)
  6. 50km Skiing from Grua - Bogstad. 3:30, exluding 3 coffe/cake stops. 
  7. Running @Ekebergåsen,  incl. 10min "testrace" up Kongsveien, and 6x30sek SteepUphillSprints. En ganske tøff løpetur.

    1 - Rest Day
    2 - 14km Progressive Tempo
    3 - 1:30 long ski (90min) med lykt
    4 - 4*2.2km + 4*1.1km track
    5 - Sick leave
    6 - 22km Skitur
    7 - 12km løping fordi kulda tok bilen :(
